Mapping error on older operating systems (< iOS 3).
Hitting the map view, or the locate feature on the offer page, can sometimes cause the app to shut down unexpectedly. This can be fixed by updating your phone to the latest iOS version.
Location errors.
Intermittent or incorrect location issues can usually be corrected by hitting the refresh button on the main screen
