How do I publish my offers?
It’s all done via our intuitive web-based backend.
How many vouchers/offers can I post up?
You can create as many vouchers as you like, but you are restricted to 2 live offers, per location at any one time.
How can I see how many people have used my offer?
Impressions and redemptions of your offer are reported live in the web backend. Make sure you staff make people redeem the offer when they use it, so the statistics are accurate.
Can I limit the number of times an offer can be used?
Yes, you can limit usage of your voucher, or leave the offer unlimited. It’s entirely up to you.
How quickly do the vouchers update?
Instantly. Everytime the user starts up the app it downloads the latest live offers.
How do you charge?
We charge you a subscription fee, per location. The longer you subscribe for, the cheaper it gets! Read here for more info.
What sort of offer should I post up?
It is entirely up to you, however we strongly suggest you make the voucher exclusive to the app. Popular deals include free drinks promotions, discounts on total bills or 2 for 1 deals. Simply posting open offers available to all patrons, such as $10 steaks tends to be less effective and far harder to track because users don’t have to redeem the offer on their handset. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch should you need some ideas!
